All items are final sale: no refund possible on purchases made in store or online. No exchange, refund, or return.

Some exceptions can be applied. 

Exchange Policy

We authorize exchange only for purchases new with tag made in store, within 14 days of the original purchase date, for an item of the same value or higher. Returned merchandise must include a verifiable receipt, packaging and tags and be in its original condition. Boutique LUC.S reserves itself the right to refuse any type of return. All purchases are eligible to Boutique LUC.S terms and conditions.

We do not authorize exchange for merchandise bought online.
