1. SHIPPING POLICY

Boutique LUC.S ships orders within Canada and internationally to select destinations.

Available shipping destinations may include:

  • Canada
  • United States
  • Mexico
  • Australia
  • select countries in Europe and Asia

Certain international locations may not be eligible for shipping. If your country or region is unavailable at checkout, please contact us at info@boutiquelucs.com to discuss possible shipping options.

All shipments include:

  • tracking information;
  • shipping insurance when applicable.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number.

Shipping carriers may include:

  • Canada Post;
  • DHL;
  • UPS;
  • FedEx;
  • other trusted third-party carriers selected by Boutique LUC.S.

Orders are generally processed and shipped within 1 to 3 business days following payment authorization, excluding weekends and holidays.

All orders are subject to verification. Boutique LUC.S reserves the right to contact customers to confirm information, request additional verification, or cancel orders suspected of fraud or unauthorized activity.

Exact shipping rates, delivery estimates, and available shipping methods will be displayed at checkout.

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Boutique LUC.S is not responsible for:

  • shipping carrier delays;
  • customs delays or inspections;
  • weather-related delays;
  • lost or stolen packages marked as delivered;
  • incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all shipping information is accurate at the time of purchase.

Any customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, VAT, or additional charges imposed on international shipments are the sole responsibility of the recipient.

If a package is refused, unclaimed, or returned due to unpaid duties or incorrect address information, additional shipping fees may apply and original shipping charges may not be refunded.


2. RETURNS AND FINAL SALE POLICY

All sales are final.

Boutique LUC.S does not offer refunds for purchases made online or in store unless otherwise required by applicable law.

Due to the nature of luxury, designer, and pre-owned merchandise, all items are sold as-is and are considered final sale.

Certain exceptions may be granted solely at the discretion of Boutique LUC.S.

Approved exceptions, if any, must comply with all return instructions provided by Boutique LUC.S.

Shipping fees, customs duties, taxes, and insurance charges are non-refundable.

Boutique LUC.S reserves the right to refuse any return, exchange, cancellation request, or refund request that does not comply with our policies.


3. EXCHANGE POLICY

Exchanges may be authorized for in-store purchases only, within 14 days of the original purchase date.

To qualify for an exchange:

  • the original receipt or proof of purchase must be provided;
  • the item must remain in its original condition;
  • all original tags, packaging, accessories, and documents must be included;
  • the exchange must be for an item of equal or greater value.

Boutique LUC.S reserves the right to refuse any exchange request that does not meet these conditions.

Online purchases are not eligible for exchanges unless otherwise approved by Boutique LUC.S.
