Shipping & Returns Policy

1. SHIPPING

All shipping services used by boutiquelucs.com provide a tracking number and full insurance. The shipment is available for Canada, the United States, Mexico and Australia. For Europe as well as Asia, certain locations are not available. In the event that your delivery address is not on the list, please contact us and we will see what options are available to you.refer to the list below. 

You will receive a notification by email with a tracking number. For Canadian destinations, we use Canada Post as a carrier. For US and international destinations, we can choose one of these carriers such as Canada Post and DHL. We will ship items within 2 business days after receiving cleared payment from Monday to Friday excluding weekends and holidays.

All orders are subject to verification. We may contact you for confirmation before your order is shipped in the case some informations are missing or incorrect.

Exact shipping options and transit times will be provided at checkout. Boutique LUC.S is not responsible for packages delayed by the postal service or customs inspections. Any duties or taxes for items shipped for destinations outside Canada are the responsibility of the recipient. 


2. RETURNS

All items are final sale: no refund possible on purchases made in store or online.

Some exceptions can be applied. 

 

Exchange Policy

We authorize exchange only for purchases made in store, within 14 days of the original purchase date, for an item of the same value or higher. Returned merchandise must include a verifiable receipt, packaging and tags and be in its original condition. Boutique LUC.S reserves itself the right to refuse any type of return. All purchases are eligible to Boutique LUC.S terms and conditions.

We do not authorize exchange for merchandise bought online.
